We are currently looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the roles listed below:
MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST
Job Duties:
- Analyzing data to forecast trends and performing statistical analysis of the collected market research data
- Conducts market, company, and competitor analysis to evaluate new business opportunities
- Lead primary marketing research as needed identifying/creating business oppurtunities, and developing business strategies.
- Developing, writing, reporting and presenting research findings
- Fosters an environment of teamwork and good communication among associates
Requirements: Masters in Marketing or related field degree with at least 1 year experience. Must possess strong analytical, oral communication, and effective report writing skills.
LOGISTICS ANALYST
Job Duties:
- Provide a full range of logistical support and oversee logistics activities and related processes;
- Develop and implement logistical strategies and procedures to maximize compliance with customers’ needs within budget constraints;
- Research and analyze the demand for services and identify current trends in the industry and strategize business focus, marketing and promotional service of company’s operations;
- Ensure quality and timely objectives are achieved in order to maximize sales, market share and profit for company; and
- Build relationships with customers through logistics initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics, Transportation or related field with at least 5 years progressive experience.
OCEAN IMPORT COORDINATOR
Job Duties:
- Accept and record sea freight, cost estimation, contract with shippers, commercial transactions, arranging transport, service and maintain customers
- Receive pre-alert from agents
- Set up files based on pre-alert.
- Issue delivery orders to transfer, arrange trucking and warehouse requirements
- Monitor and confirm arrival of freight
- Receive documents from shipper
- Break down and distribute information into files and calculate freight charges
- Call brokers (if necessary) with charges due and inform availability
- Issue steamship line release to warehouse
- Enter all charges and profit shares
- Close file, pass invoices and credit memos
- Post information to our internal system
- Responsible for customer contacts, follow up done by phone and / or visit
- Regular work with invoices, calculations of profit split and commissions, tracking and correcting mistakes in supplier invoices and following all quality control routines
- Assist in supplier and customer queries
- Arrange collections and deliveries
- Assure timely billing as per company policy
Requirements: At least 1 year working experience in relevant field. Customer service background and knowledge of the air or sea freight industry and processes. Familiar with import processes.
